Your personal information is securely stored using password-protected systems and is only accessible to authorised members of our community group.
We keep your name and email address for 12 months, after which your information is securely deleted from databases linked to our event registration forms.
We do not transfer your personal information outside the UK.

When you register for one of our events, you will be asked to tick a checkbox to confirm that you have read and understood this privacy notice and that you agree to us using your personal information as described.

This checkbox is not pre-ticked and you must actively choose to give your consent.

By ticking the checkbox, you are giving your consent for us to collect and use your name and email address for the purposes of managing and communicating about our events.
